Thank you for visiting Ministry Training Institute (MTI). We are praying that God would reveal His will and high call to you as you follow Him. Our goal for each student is found in Luke 12:35 where Jesus plainly says "Be ready for service and have your lamps burning." Our heart is that you would live in a state of readiness, filled with a passion to spend your life for Christ. The past is the past; the future starts now for you. After becoming an MTI student, you will be compelled to live with a spirit of excellence and love for His church. So what is your specific role in the Kingdom of Heaven? God is looking for "...those who are not conformed to this world, but are being transformed by the renewing of their minds so that they will know the good and perfect will of God for their lives."
If you desire this radical transformation, then MTI and the School of Worship Arts is for you. I encourage you to prayerfully consider the next 9 months of your life. I truly believe that God wants to plant seeds in your spirit that will produce fruit for the rest of your life. Prayerfully consider the opportunity before you; it will affect the rest of your life.

Raymond and Kim Beaty help develop and lead an army of faithful volunteers at The Father's House who create an inviting experience for both newcomers and members. As Pastors of First Impressions they serve the church in areas of guest attendance, growth and volunteer development, and offering strategies for high-impact first impressions. Raymond and Kim have 21 years of ministry experience. They have been married 29 years, and have two children.
