How to get a member login.
If you don't attend TFH, you will not be able to get a login. If you attend TFH, your name and email address must match what's in
our database or it won't find you, so be sure we have your up-to-date info. If you have any questions, contact denise@tfh.org.
- 1) On the main TFH website (www.tfh.org), go to My TFH, and click on Members Login. The login screen, right, will display.
- 2) Under the Sign In boxes, click Need a login? Click here.
- 3) Enter your email address, first name and last name (suffix optional). Click Find Me.
- 4) You'll receive an email containing your username and temporary password that expires in 24 hours. (See Password Expired below.)
- 5) Copy the password, including any symbols at beginning or end, and return to the login screen on the Member site.
- 6) Enter your email address or username, and paste in the temporary password.
- 7) When you log in, you'll be required to change the password. It must be at least 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, number, or symbol (oftentimes two are required). The strength bar turns green when your password is strong enough.
Password Expired: Temporary passwords expire within 24 hours of requesting one. If it expires before you can use it, return to the login page and click Forgot your password to have another emailed to you. You'll need to know your Username, which usually follows this pattern: FirstnameLastname (e.g. if your name is Mary Smith, it would be MarySmith). If that doesn't work, click on Forgot your user name? to have it emailed to you before you request another password.
